2. Services

We connect vehicle owners (“Customers”) with roadside assistance providers (“Providers”) for:

• Towing
• Jump-start
• Flat Tire repair
• Fuel Delivery
• Vehicle Pick-up

3. User Accounts

Registration: You must register with accurate details and keep your credentials secure.
Roles: Customers request services; Providers fulfill them. You consent to be bound by these roles.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are published at /pricing.html. Payments are processed via Paystack. By booking a service, you authorize us to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Provider Obligations

• Arrive promptly at the agreed location.
• Maintain required licenses and insurance.
• Communicate any delays to the Customer via the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoAid is a platform facilitating connections. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from services provided by third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law.
